Why are you excited to be part of the M3T project?

“I am looking forward to collaborating with educators that share a similar passion for mathematics and students.  I hope to gain qualities that foster learning in myself and my students.”

Why do you teach mathematics?

“I teach mathematics so that I can help students succeed.  I believe the problem solving and critical thinking in mathematics can be applied to the real world in many ways. I love seeing those ‘aha moments’”

What are you focused on improving about mathematics teaching?

“I find it challenging to get all my students motivated.  I would like to help change the perception of my co-workers and mathematic stigmas they carry.”
